A unique combination of cultural and natural amenities defines Glenn County

The Orland Arts Center and Gallery is a wonderful highlight of downtown Orland, featuring art shows, classes, workshops and other events from fabulously talented local and national artists.  

Alta Schmidt House Museum, located in Orland, CA, promotes research and public education through its Museum collection. Visitors to the Museum can see Museum exhibits, attend events at the Museum, and access Museum educational programs. 

The Willows Museum fosters an appreciation of the historical background of Glenn County. Popular exhibits center on Native American life in the area, agricultural history, Smoke Jumpers and the Forest Service and much more. It is located in Willows in the 1911 Andrew Carnegie Public Library building, known for its Temple variation of  Classic Revival architecture.
